Hong Kong Geopark is shared by all of us. The geopark’s participants and supporters include administrative authorities, green groups, indigenous inhabitants near the geopark, Hong Kong citizens, overseas visitors, government agencies, scholars, the tourism industry and other private organisations.

Don’t be frightened by the millions of years in the chronological description of Hong Kong's geography and rocks. Apart from reading books and taking classes on the subject, you can learn from these participants and supporters about the characteristics and meaning of Hong Kong's geology and rocks, and find out about their contribution to the geopark.
